This comprehensive kit is specifically designed to address those annoying small chips and nicks that often appear on your vehicle's doors, bumpers, and various other areas. Perfect for scratches that are smaller than a pencil eraser, this touch up kit is a must-have for any Tesla owner looking to keep their car in pristine condition.

    1. The firm chiseled nib tip enables you to apply a very small amount and stay within the confines of the damaged area.
    2. Filled with 6 ml of our low-VOC environmentally friendly touch up paint. Enough paint to cover at least 10 square inches. This means you will have enough paint for multiple touch up projects.
    3. This kit includes: one pack of Wax and Grease Remover Wipes to clean the surface before painting. One Colorcoat touch up pen that matches the color of your vehicle. One Clearcoat touch up pen for the final finish and protection.
    1. Prime Pen Tip - Gently press the pen tip down on a soft surface 3-5 times. Paint will saturate the tip within a few minutes. Wipe any excess paint off on a clean cloth.
    2. Let’s Touch Up - Lightly dab paint onto the scratch with the Colorcoat. Apply one coat evenly by dabbing and allow it to dry for 15 minutes. Repeat until the repair area is evenly and thoroughly covered, usually 2-3 coats. Don’t apply paint outside the damaged area.
    3. Clearcoat - Dab on a light, even layer of Clearcoat. The first coat should have thorough, even coverage. Allow to dry for 15 minutes. Repeat until the finish matches the rest of your vehicle. Do not exceed 4 coats.
    • What is this touch up kit for?
    • The Chips & Nicks Touch Up Kit is specifically designed to address small stone chips or nicks on your vehicle's surface. For optimal results, we recommend that you use this touch up kit on damaged areas that are smaller than the size of a pencil eraser.
    • Why is there no paint on the pen tip?
    • Before using the new pen tip, it is essential to prime it. Simply press the pen tip gently onto a soft surface 3-5 times, allowing the paint to saturate the tip within a few minutes. Remember to wipe off any excess paint using a clean cloth for a precise and controlled application.
    • How long does it take for the paint to dry?
    • After applying each coat of paint, it is recommended to wait approximately 15 minutes for it to dry before applying the next coat. Once the final coat of Clearcoat has been applied, it is advisable to wait for 48 hours before washing or polishing the project area. This waiting period allows the paint to fully cure and ensures optimal results.
