Touch Up Brush: Test Before You Apply
Use the TouchUpDirect Test Card to check color match and practice with your applicator before touching up your vehicle. It’s a simple way to build confidence and ensure smooth, accurate results on the actual surface.
2. Apply Colorcoat
- Begin with the Colorcoat brush.
- Unscrew the cap and wipe off excess paint on the rim.
- Apply a small dab to the corner of the test card to compare the color.
- Let it dry and apply 2–3 coats as needed.
3. Apply Clearcoat
- Let the Colorcoat dry completely (10-15 minutes).
- Apply 1–2 coats of Clearcoat.
- Allow about 5 minutes between each coat to dry.
4. Check Color Match
- Hold the test card next to your vehicle to check the match.
- If the color looks right, you can begin your touch up project.
