What is TUDCare?

TUDCare is our one year, one time replacement warranty. TUDCare is valid within one year of purchase for both applicators and paint products.

What does TUDCare cover?

Under this warranty, any TouchUpDirect product with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced free of charge. TUDCare does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, accidents or improper storage. We also do not provide new paint if you have run out or if an error in the touch up painting has occurred.

How Do I Get TUDCare?

TUDCare is available for purchase for all Touch Up Paint Kits. To add TUDCare to your order, simply select the option during the checkout process. TUDCare will kick in 30 days after your initial purchase.

Wait. Why 30 Days?

We already have a 45 day return policy in place. If you wish to return your purchase in this window, just contact our customer support team.

How Do I Redeem My TUDCare?

To make your claim, please contact our customer support team and provide proof of purchase here. Our team will be happy to assist you in getting a replacement for your defective product.

How Long Can I Claim TUDCare?

A year from the day of your initial purchase.
